Ordered online, simple to use and navigate website and with the delivery address as requested in time for the big occasion. Superb!

The bubble balloon was even more stunning in real life than online. Not only that, but it survived in an unopened box for a good few days yet was good as new when it eventually got to float out in all its balloony glory! A leaflet was enclosed to explain how the balloons are made from biodegradable materials, and you can even return the bubble balloon (once deflated) for recycling - so impressed! I am seriously considering treating myself to a balloon one time as they’re just so beautiful!

Having messed up my delivery address, I tried to rectify it myself via the courier but created a bigger problem - unbeknownst to me until I was contacted by Party On Balloons, who quickly acted to resolve the issue by liaising directly with the courier and myself to ensure I got my balloons in time for the occasion. I was blown away at the proactivity and efficiency of the service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Party On Balloons to anyone!
