The quality of the balloon was great, the packaging was really good and the balloon was delivered on time as arranged. The communication was also really good.

I really love this balloon. It arrived exactly as arranged, it is great quality and looked beautiful. I used it for a baby cake smash photo shoot and it looked really nice. The only reason I have only given it 4 stars is because the confetti inside sits very low down in the balloon and no matter how much I shook it I couldn’t get it to move about the balloon. So it didn’t really look like the photograph and actually looked more like an empty see-through balloon with writing on it. But it still looked beautiful and the quality is way beyond anything you could ever get from a helium balloon from a card shop. I have now had this for a week and it is just as inflated as it was when it first arrived. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Ordered a personalised prom balloon for my daughter. Very efficient service and helpful staff on the phone. Balloon arrived as requested and they recycle the outer balloon too by returning it to them. Saving the planet! Will definitely use again.

I have recently ordered three balloons (on separate occasions) to celebrate special family milestone birthdays and I could not be happier with the quality of these balloons. Really stunning, especially the multifill balloons! They look lovely and last for ages. I forgot to add a gift card on one order so contacted via email, the customer service was brilliant, very prompt and helpful ...
