I sent a balloon for my daughters 50th birthday and she loved it. She thought I had sent an empty box but when she opened it, it popped out beautifully personalised and she was thrilled. We have been away on a 14 day holiday and upon her return it is still fully inflated. Excellent service and product and would order again from this company
