Lovely balloon, great quality but the card which we had paid extra for (£2.99) wasn't included in the box so the recipient didn't know who it was from. Spoilt the surprise as we had to own up to sending it. But we would use this company again.

A personalised balloon with your own photo printed on is definitely a great gift for a birthday etc. The quality was very high, and the balloon came well packaged.

I ordered a personalised balloon for my friend's 30th birthday but had to made a last minute change to the delivery date. The customer service was superb, pushing the delivery back a week without problems. My friend was very moved and super happy once she got the balloon. Definitely recommend partyonballoons!
