Ordered a balloon filled with claret and blue balloons for an avid West Ham supporting 80 year old's surprise birthday party. I would give a 5/5 for the customer service which I received, I was really pleased as a balloon had popped and after was able to place an order for next day delivery. The reason I’ve given 4/5 was because the balloons were deflating after a few hours/less than a day (not sure why) even though it was kept as advised on website. None the less, I was very happy with how everything looked and the service. Will definitely place an order soon!
