Ordered a personalised bubble balloon for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and they loved it. I made an error with the delivery date on my order but a quick message on the contract us option on a Sunday evening soon put that righ, great customer service. It was delivered exactly when I requested it to be and was in perfect condition. Their website is really user friendly and you are spoilt with all the choices available. My mum sent me a photo a week after it was delivered to me and it was still fully inflated. I would have no problem recommending Party On to my friends and family and will definitely be using them again.

I chose to design my own balloon, double checked everything was correct, colours, spelling etc all ok. Went to checkout paid then remembered i hadn't changed the delivery address. I emailed & Chloe responded very quickly with a lovely personal email informing me she had changed the delivery address for me. I was then kept informed about my order. On the day of dispatch I received some news which meant no one would be available to accept delivery. I emailed and asked could I go back to the original delivery address. At the same time I received an email informing me my order had been dispatched. Not long after I received another email saying the delivery address had been changed. What a relief. I could not believe how quickly everything was acknowledged , acted on & a response email sent to me. The following day my balloon arrived. It was exactly as I pictured it in my head when I designed it . It matched my sisters newly decorated lounge perfectly and she LOVED it. She said what a nice change it made to flowers & how much longer it would last. There are no negatives at all to comment on and I have already recommended partyonballoons to others. Several people also came and asked me where I got it from. One lady said she had got much less for her money and it was 3 days late from another supplier. Good quality product, value for money. Arrived just as I requested colours, gift label & message requested. These balloons look even better than they do in the pictures on line. Beautiful. Everything was perfect and the response from my sister when she opened the box was the icing on the cake. Thank you. Remember to follow instructions for opening the box, checking the product and not storing it where its cold & you cannot go wrong.
I have ordered 12 balloons and 11 of these have been personalised! All my family and friends that have received one have loved them!
Balloon arrived deflated and DPD did not deliver as requested. However, after contacting Customer Services a replacement was promptly dispatched! Thank you! My cousin needed some cheer and she got it! It was beautiful and much appreciated!
I've purchased balloons from Party On Balloons before and have always been happy with them, they are perfect for events. We had two of the balloons up for a Christening event and they were beautiful. They last a very long time too!
Was sent as a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! The mystery of how the small balloons end up in the big balloon is still being discussed amongst multiple family members!
