I am very pleased with the balloon which looked lovely and came correctly on time. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact the gold lettering was not flat and looks like it could come off easily. It had buckled in places.

The balloon itself is lovely but what I was disappointed with was the lettering as many of them weren’t adhered to the balloon fully and many letters as a result were creased - I took a picture if you require it to see the issue. Another annoying element was that delivery which was scheduled for a particular day (Friday 7th) was delayed due to some unknown error and so they confirmed was rescheduled for Monday 10th - I had commitments that day so had to pay an extra £10 to secure delivery on the morning of my daughters birthday - so all in all it turned into a rather expensive balloon particularly with the lettering not being totally right. Wasn’t the best overall purchase experience if I am honest.

I bought this balloon for my niece's 1st Birthday, she was so excited when the balloon came out of the box. Magical response!

Professional and efficient!

I ordered a bespoke personalised balloon for my son's heavenly birthday. It arrived on Friday the 7th of October, on time and well packaged. I found the website easy to use, and personalising the balloon was very simple, with loads of choice for something unique. It's still going strong a week later, even though its been out in all weather's. I highly recommend the products and the service if you are looking for something special in a balloon ?

I love the fact I could personalise the balloon on the front and back. It is really beautiful and it is still going strong after a week out in the elements. I love it. I would add a photo but there isn't an option for that. Highly recommended. This is the second time I've ordered from party on balloons because they are the best.

Beautiful balloon, sent when my grandson was born , it also kept my granddaughter pre-occupied as she loved it too!

The customer service has been brilliant and clearly the company work hard to make sure you get the best product and experience. This time there was an issue with an address and they contacted me immediately and sorted it out and my order still arrived on time. The site is easy to navigate and you can get a good feel for the different items, fonts and colours before you buy. I will definitely continue to use Party On Balloons in the future.

It then had pride of place in both our temporary wedding 'home' and then transported again to the reception venue, on the day of the wedding. It also survived three young children playing with it during the reception. Three weeks on and my daughter says it is still inflated..albeit looking a bit trired. That is impressive! Would have no hesitation in ordering again Thank you

Quick delivery, good quality and great design
