Balloon arrived promptly and received quick and clear responses to my queries.
Lovely balloon, came exactly as I asked and looked great. Drop in the star is as the string was quite short so if stood on the floor it wasn’t very high, would have been better to have some extra string to lengthen if needed. We had to add some extra in to lengthen this. The letters that were stuck on the balloon were also quite bumpy and looked a little messy close up (not noticeable if not looking closely though). Overall looked great just a bit of feedback for future orders.
