Have used this company on a few occasions and up until recently found them faultless. Custom made balloons are exceptional, absolutely perfect for any occasion. Sadly most recent experience, I felt their customer care let them down. I would still recommend but be very careful when deciding requested delivery dates as these are still not a guarantee.
Would highly recommend, balloon was beautiful and as hoped. Husband loved it. Even a week later and the ballon is still going strong, no sign of deflating. Balloon also arrived on time as requested which is always worrying, given you request a specific day for a reason. Would recommend.

Wow absolutely beautiful. I ordered the balloons for my sisters birthday and she was over the moon. They was delivered on time and my sister couldn't believe the size of the box they was delivered in. But when she opened the box well she couldn't believe her eyes. They was beautiful and thank you very much for making my sisters birthday special. Never sent a balloon before and buying online I wasn't sure where to start so I asked a good friend. She had used Party On Balloons a couple of times in the past. I thought the website was excellent and happily chose one of their colourways. Had a couple of questions to ask, which I did. Quick response so when I came to ordering I just followed the website. Recipient was thrilled with the balloon, I was glad that delivery was on the day I booked (I did book 1 day ahead of the birthday). No problems. Balloon was much admired.
