Much better than anything else available
The balloons were good and my daughter loved them, BUT….I was extremely disappointed they did not arrive the day of her 30th birthday! I don’t know what happened because I received emails saying they were on track fir delivery the correct date, but they didn’t arrive and were delivered the next day. I did not receive any communication with an explanation. Disappointed.
The large balloon was absolutely lovely-took my sister by surprise. The additional balloons that I ordered-would have preferred them in a packet for me to inflate to the size required. Otherwise, fantastic service and delivered spot on time ?

My friend absolutely loved this balloon. I would 100% recommend it.
Wasn’t aware when I paid for delivery it had a 3 day delivery window but I was quickly informed when I emailed to ask why it was coming a day early. So bare that In mind when booking the delivery. I nearly missed it as I was expecting a Sunday delivery and it came Saturday and I had plans that day.
Really pleased with delivery service and product. It was a gift for my daughters anniversary, really loved it.

Ordered the ballon on the Monday for delivery Thursday. Quick and simple and arrived on the day I chose.
It arrived Thursday and wow! It’s not a balloon it’s a work of art! Totally and utterly delighted with it! It’s now a week old and still as good as new. Can not recommend this company more for a special personalised balloon!
