I bought this balloon for my granddaughter’s 8th birthday. Nice product! However, the lettering was ‘stuck on to the balloon’ not printed on and the lettering had quite obviously been placed on quickly as the edges were all puckered and not smoothed onto the balloon properly. I was able to tease up the edges of the lettering and smooth them out. It looked very nice after I had sorted it out but It wasn’t perfect straight from the box, it needed tweaking!!!

Ordered for my annual Eurovision party (yes, Eurovision! Black suited my black and white theme this year lol), I had made a small mistake while ordering regarding my address but I got in touch and they sorted it right away. Balloons arrived in perfect condition and are still inflated and looking good two weeks later! I’ve left them out as it seems such a waste to pop them and bring them down. 5/5 would purchase again :)

Had an issue with the delivery driver damaging the item during delivery which meant the balloon deflated within 24 hours but the customer service from Party On Balloons was fantastic. Responded really quickly to my email and posted a replacement balloon out immediately, which is still going strong after a week. Would definitely recommend this company!
