Sadly I did not place the order as my daughter had hoped so I rang and they changed the order quickly efficiently at no extra charge and were really good about it. After buying my daughter’s prom balloon from here I then bought her 16th birthday balloons - the balloons were fantastic and looked beautiful. Excellently packaged and arrived on the date specified.
