Bit of a waste of money to be fair. The personalised filled balloon was special in its own right. This add one was a little expensive and unnecessary. If it had been a pound to add on great. But not worth what I paid.

Lovely gift! The colours are really nice. The balloon does last long as long it isn't in direct sun. This is the second time I've ordered and they've always come on time and in good condition and never had a problem. Would always recommend this site for a surprise gift. The customer service have been amazing, as made a mistake on where I would like it to delivery to because I scheduled it for 2 week ahead the customer service team were able to change the delivery address to the correct place. Once the balloon on for delivery they will inform you so you know.

I was a bit worried that the balloon would not be delivered at the correct address, because I had some difficulties filling in and completing the order details. Some text automatically changed back to its default status despite inserting my Dutch home address and the same happens for the details of the person I was sending the balloon to. But my worries disappeared when I received a picture from my friend who is in her fifties that she received the balloon in the hospital. She was over the moon!!! It looked fantastic next to her bed. She is in the hospital for six months and her stay will be extended unfortunately. Sending a balloon is the least I could do to brighten up her day. I will order again here in the near future for some other friends who live in England. Fast delivery, very very cool balloon!! Cheers from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
