Due to a carrier issue I thought my daughter’s balloon was not going to arrive on time. I contacted partyonballoons by email and got a fast reply saying they would chase the carrier, and if there were still issues they would send another one to arrive later on my daughter’s birthday. Fantastic service!
Personalised to exactly what I wanted and arrived on time. I have ordered an inflated balloon from elsewhere before and the balloon was a major disappointment.... safe to say this was far from the case with this balloon! 10/10 recommend!
