We love getting customer feedback here at Party On Balloons...and we also love sharing it with you! Here's what some of our customers have to say about us.
Bought as a gift for friends who loved it. Many thanks for the excellent service. A company to remember for future use.
This was a gift for friends who loved it. I was very impressed with the service at the busiest time of the year. I shall remember this company for future orders, knowing that the balloons are beautiful and the service exemplary. Thank you !!
Very easy website to navigate. Arrived when promised even though I ordered it relatively late during the Christmas period, glad I paid the extra to ensure safe arrival for Christmas Day. It was a really great quality and the surprise worked really well. My grandchildren loved it. Everyone who has seen the video has though it really good. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.
I ordered a balloon for my daughters first Christmas and couldn’t be more happy! It arrived on time and was more beautiful than I had ever expected. Will definitely be ordering again for future occasions!
Tears of joy on opening on Xmas day. Perfect in every way. Sprinkled some Disney magic on our house
Great balloon that went down really well with the announcement to the kids. Would have been 5 stars but DPD had completely ruined the box so we had to try and repair it/make it presentable, it was lucky the balloon hasn’t been popped. Please consider a different delivery service or sturdier boxes??
Product was originally out of stock at the time I came to order. I was kept up to date with stock availability and the minute it came back into stock, notified promptly. An error with estimated delivery defaulted by DPD but customer services were in touch straight away with reassurance and delivery arrived on time
Great quality, packaged and delivered well. Product is still as new over 1 week later showing no signs of deflation. A great way to reveal the perfect surprise!
Absolutely blinding service and well happy with the balloon . will be back again
Great service.
Great service. Arrived on time. Great surprise as it was a present.
Brilliant way to reveal a Disney trip! Well worth the money.
Great service! Ordered online with no problems. Item arrived a day before its delivery date which is fine, better than a day late! I received the balloon on the 22nd of December, it's now the 29th and the balloon is still as inflated as it was arriving! Well worth the money!
Very helpful as I had to phone to change the wording on the balloon , balloons look great exactly what I wanted
Amazing and was perfect for my girls Disney Christmas reveal! Loved it!! Thanks ????
My daughter loved it still up over a week later, a bit of confusion with delivery with dpd but arrived on time overall good service
Would use time and time again
Thank you. My granddaughter loved it. I will definitely use your service in the future.
I phoned and asked to change my order and they were so helpful and lovely.
Very good service balloon arrived early
The new fiance loved it, only suggestion was now looking back at it the font could have been a bit bolder, same style font but just bolder, overall though very happy
Brilliant thanks
I bought 3 of these to surprised my girls with Billie Eilish concert tickets for Christmas and they were very glam looking exactly what I wanted. The videos and pics of the reveal didn’t disappoint! Would absolutely recommend these balloons!
