This was a present for a family member. I had ordered it the day before purchase in the AM. This arrived by 12pm the next day and this company uses DPD who are one of the most if not the most reliable delivery company. I saw the balloon the next day and it was exactly what I ordered and to the picture. The free message was handwritten (which I love) and tied to the weights of the balloon. The weights were also modern and went with the modern style if the balloon. It was for a 16th birthday and she loved it!
