I ordered a feather balloon for my daughter’s 13th Birthday in rose gold. It was stunning. The balloon is of excellent quality and the decoration and inscription elegant and beautifully executed. We were so pleased we ordered another for my mother’s birthday and yet another for a friend of my daughter’s thirteenth birthday. They have all been thrilled to receive them and we shall be ordering again for other occasions. The deliveries were on time and customer service great in checking one of the orders. My only suggestion would be to perhaps package the balloon in a gift box for the recipient rather than just the cardboard box so one does not have to take the balloon out to present it but allow the recipient to open it as a surprise.

Everyone commented on this and wanted to know where it was from. Perfectly timed arrival too x

I ordered to the Isle of Man, was slightly concerned about delivery but it actually arrived a day earlier which was perfect! Balloon is amazing, wife was very pleased and still looks brand new a week later! Highly recommended

This wasn't a problem, box was damaged but checked the balloon and it seemed ok. Could it to the restaurant that evening.
