Ordered balloons for my registry and got confused with the colours ordered the wrong colour and emailed the team and received a response straight away, they sent me the balloons exactly how I wanted quick delivery still have the balloons from two weeks ago not deflated at all. I came a cross your company because I was looking for a gift to cheer my sister up as she’s in-recovering from having cancer and she’s having a bad time at the moment. The site was clear and nicely laid out. As promised the order was delivered on the day I stated & time they kept me in touch by email I did contact them as it was my first time using this company I left a voicemail, within 2hours I got a call back, polite on the phone answered my question. The big balloon and the little balloons inside are still floating it must be over two weeks now and the writing And colour on the balloon is very clear not smudge very happy.

This unique type of balloon was the perfect addition to a birthday. The design was lovely and the birthday girl was VERY over the moon by the balloon. Came when on the day I requested it for and is still up in the air a week later! arrived 16/09/19!
Ordered two balloons for a surprise party for the launch of a friends new business. Sent a logo from google images which couldnt open. The designer who was doing the balloons phoned me the next morning, had googled and found the logo himself and recommended a style which would work better. Exactly the service and attention that I needed. Recieved the product within 48 hours and my friend was THRILLED! had placed an order with another company that I had had to cancel due to awful service and I was feeling very stressed out with a short deadline until I found these guys.

Excellent service !!! Balloon a bit of a let down - writing / lettering peeling off when delivered. And went down within five days. It did look good when we stuck the letters back on. Just didn’t last long. Maybe we were just unlucky.
