We love getting customer feedback here at Party On Balloons...and we also love sharing it with you! Here's what some of our customers have to say about us.
The ordering was easy and there was lots of choice. Arrived as requested and my daughter was so pleased with the balloon for her baby shower.
Our twins loved their balloon. Perfect quality and can tell it will be long lasting! Worth every penny!
The balloon we received was absolutely perfect for our twins first birthday. I cannot fault the customer service I received. I had to change delivery addresses and it was changed almost immediately with no faults. Thank you so much!
Just as seen in the picture, a week later the balloon is still in perfect condition. Thank you, x
The balloon was brilliant, beautifully made, packaged really nicely too. Would recommend highly and use again in future.Thank you ????

The best way to reveal a surprise holiday for an 18th, she loved it
The customer service advisor on the phone was great because I had entered in the wrong address and he changed it for me immediately.
They really have made it easy to order this product so easy to follow
This was really a well put together product and well presented in its box well worth the money
So happy with how the balloon turned out! Everyone commented on how lovely the balloon was. Our baby girl loved playing with it.
Thank you! Was great and good delivery!
Great product, beautifully made and decorated- my daughter loved it
Arrived with a one hour slot on the day I requested.
Whilst expensive, I couldn’t fault the quality of the balloon I received, it’s still fully inflated a week later!
Balloon was perfect, amazing quality, floated out of huge box our grandchildren were over the moon.
Very nice ballons
Beautiful balloons I ordered for my daughters 21st birthday to be delivered to her university house - I gave instructions to the courier to leave in porch area if no answer and they failed to deliver , even though 5 people were in the house - I was very upset and disappointed and called Party Balloons to express my annoyance and they were super helpful and managed to track the courier down and he returned that afternoon with the balloons One happy mummy as my daughter got her balloons on her birthday !
Everything was exactly as I would hope for and expect.
Delighted with the balloon...absolutely beautiful and easy to order. Would recommend.
Your website was easy to use with prompt action to confirm the order and delivery. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery time slot due to timings my end and therefore by the time my daughter received it on the Saturday it had deflated a little. She still loved it and the colour combination. Thank you good service.
As a surprise reveal in front of a party we wanted a nice box for our daughter to open, the brown box with tape stating ‘balloon’ all over it, gave the game away a bit. Balloon great, communication good, delivery prompt, packaging disappointing for the price we paid.
Arrived at the stated time.
I wanted this balloon as a surprise reveal and on receiving the box, it was a plain cardboard box covered in tape with ‘balloon’ written all over it, so everyone knew whats inside. Bit disappointed with packaging thought would of been better for how much we paid, however balloon was great, communication good and fast delivery.
