Love the balloon, only downside was I paid extra for the gift box which got slightly bashed which was more than likely from the Courier, my daughter was really pleased with her birthday balloon and the colours went well together. Overall I was delighted and definitely order from them again.

Fantastic customer service throughout, I was able to bring my initial delivery date forward with no problem, staff so accommodating and promptly replied to my email confirming all was in hand. As for the Bubble Balloon, it more than met my expectations and it was such a lovely surprise when it floated out of the box for the birthday boy. The colours are gorgeous. Ordered a personalised balloon for my Aunt and Uncles Diamond Wedding. Arrived on the day it was promised, with a 1 hour time frame. Balloon was exactly as on the website and of high quality. My Aunt and Uncle loved it. Definitely recommend and would use again.
