The only difference was that the clear ballons had no gold stars as outlined in the description & I was only made aware of this upon opening the box. The ballon also lasted about 48hrs before it started to go down.

The balloon is very big, pretty and effective. However it is very expensive for what it is....the text was a little crinkled which annoyed the perfectionist in me. However the balloon quality was good it just isn't quite worth the money in my opinion.
