Very pricey but had to pay extra as my friends birthday falls over Christmas and was on a Sunday so £75 was a lot of money Just for balloons but I needed to do it for her 50th

This was good service! I would have appreciated being notified that it was going to be delivered a day late, but overall it was great!

I’ve wanted a bubble balloon for ages and this was perfect!!! It arrived in good time (a day later than I booked, however it is the Xmas season) and it looks beautiful, everyone complimented it. I’ve now had it for a week and it is still in good condition. Would definitely recommend!

I had originally ordered the wrong balloons and forgot the confetti they were quick to let me know and I changed it so very helpful and payed attention to my order and arrived on time for my daughters 18th birthday she was very happy many thanks to the staff.

The balloons were beautiful and created a really special feel to the party. The delivery experience by DPD was disappointing as the delivery didn't arrive as they had communicated and the reason was inaccurate. One of the balloons had lost pressure, but this was immediately refunded by Party On Balloons and their communication throughout was excellent. I would definitely order again as the product quality and design is superb.

The balloons looked great and elevated the overall party feel to a special level. There were just a few things that made me give a 4-star rather than 5-star score - DPD let Party On Balloons and me down with their failure to deliver on the date stated and gave incorrect information about the reason. One of the ballons had a loss of pressure so wouldn't stay up. However, this was refunded immediately and the communication from Party On Balloons was very good. I would definitely use this company again.
