The ballon selection of rose gold for a 60th celebration were a great display I requested that the “happy birthday “ balloon be changed to “happy anniversary “ as discussed with a customer service person and then annotated on the online order, but sadly this was picked up and that’s the reason I didn’t give a 5* Customer services were very helpful, great delivery and tracking and good quality display.
This company are fantastic! I emailed them about a bespoke order, they replied immediately and helped me get exactly what I needed. The delivery service was super fast and the customer service was amazing - highly highly recommend!!
My daughter loved the teal and gold coloured balloons. Arrived on said day. My only criticism was the extra charge for writing on the otherside of the balloon, which is not explicit until you enter script- so I cancelled that as the balloon costs enough. Otherwise great communication and product. I believe it's still floating after 2 weeks.
